I connected the dots on another thing. This is just motion events for ISY Insteon motion sensors. The motion events for my Elk motion sensors work without issue.
In the short term, I need to get it working again so I'm going to try and move to ISY based rules and get CQC out of the picture. Have family in town right now too so will be busy for another week or two.

If you want to go ahead and up it on, since we know it's something we can make happen, go ahead and set it up. If all it takes is you tripping a motion sensor, then I should be able to see quickly what it's sending and why it's giving the driver trouble.

I'm embarrassed to admit it was likely an issue in my home network. Once I moved the ISY to a different location I have not had these errors.
And, I've also now noticed that even though the Elk driver claims it's connected, I don't get updates/changes on sensors. The Elk Ethernet connection is on the same network switch that the ISY had been on. I'm going to replace that switch this weekend to see if that helps connectivity. Odd though that the Elk driver doesn't complain about lost connection.
