depending on location, anywhere from a low of $13 to a high of $38 for 2 door/window and 1 motion sensor. the pro kit i've seen as low as $25 to a high of $75 for 3 door/window, 1 motion, and a strobe/siren.

all are zwave, and at least the door/window and motion work well with CQC.

luckily i am in an area where i get the Essentials for $13. i've bought out 3 home depots. :-D
