I just set up a couple repositories and I'm not having any trouble moving between them, so I'm not sure what's up with yours. Does the title bar of the repo manager show the selected repo name?

The bar up top shows the correct repo name. It is as if the movies in the "SpotifyStations" repo are showing up in the "TVStations" Repo.

If you create a new, empty one, can you select it and it comes up empty?

I see what happened, the manager doesn't make a folder for the repo to go in so both repos were pointing at the same spot. Once I put them each in their own folder it's okay.
