"Driver ISY is registered but cannot be accessed" error?

I just noticed this error this morning:

Why would an IV client machine cause this? I don't see it on any of my other clients, just this HP Stream. I see the Windows Firewall settings for a number of services starting with "CQC" and they all are enabled for inbound connections.

Any suggestions on how to address?

The most common reason is that the name that the server sees as its host name (and registered in our name server) is then grabbed by the client and used, but he can't resolve it to an IP address.

Do other CQC client side things work from there? Open the CQC Command Prompt from the start menu and do:

CQCNetTest > nt.txt

and poste the output of that nt.txt file.
