As per my massive issues on the other thread, wondering how many people have this working. I just tried calling Leviton, despite it being 10:45am PST they're closed, and their online chat is closed. WTH.

I voted and it works under Win7 64 bit. That said, it's a terribly undocumented product especially mated with VRC0P.
Once set up, it works great but frustrating to get there or make changes later from my experience. I only wanted to go down this hole for [Yale] lock support. Insteon/ISY is better for everything else.

just got pointed to a CT thread where they said Amazon purchased VRUSB didn't work. Which is where I got mine. And past return date. Ugh. Buying one from AO as I really need zWave lock supports so I need the v2 driver, but I also need active notification.

Mine was ordered from Amazon Dec 5 and was recognized without any problems.

IVB, it is possible the CT post was mine. I returned one to Amazon after a Leviton tech told me it was defective. That was before I discovered the only way I could get it recognized was to have it plugged in before booting up. It may not actually have been defective.
I don't know if this issue of having it plugged in before booting the computer is unique to my setup or not. It could be.

At this point i've tried a million different things to get the software to recognize it. I wish I hadn't trashed all my XP computers, I could see if its an OS thing or a hardware thing.

I assume you've tried this, but if you have a 7.0 computer, try booting it up with the stick already installed. According to Leviton, it works with 7.0.
I feel your frustration, I experienced it and did a lot of searching on here and CT for answers to programming Z-wave. The end result was the the Leviton Installer Tool is the way to go, primitive as it is. I stumbled into how to make it work on my old IBM Thinkpad.

Thx. Tried that last night with my Win7Pro laptop, no love. I'll try calling Leviton again, and I might try buying another, but the issue is that I only have random moments to work on anything HA (which is why this one went out of warranty before I could get to debugging). Maybe Leviton will have mercy and do some form of exchange...

so now this is interesting. When I boot up the laptop with the Win7 machine and the VRUSB plugged in it doesn't recognize it.
When I boot up the Win8 laptop with it plugged in, the RF software just hangs on start.
Well, interesting != helpful, but its something.
