Thingspeak event monitor
#1
I have been logging outside temps and Memory usage using this new event monitor and wanted to share the graphs. these are pretty simple, there are plugins for gauges and placing multiple trend lines on one graph. There are also Bar, Column and Spline charts.

they can be found here, not sure how to imbed the iframe.

Looks good, I gave up trying to find an internal charting solution. My heart is just not into trying to do internal web development, PHP, blah blah. While I am reluctant to expose my info to the net, I am looking to set this up.

BTW, I would be careful exposing anything that can be used to determine occupancy to the public. (i.e. internal temp, etc)...

You can always give the data, as stored, meaningless names. You can display graphs with the actual meaningful names.

I know of at least one guy who would welcome a How-To if you go this route :-D

If you're worried about the public seeing your data the thingspeak server is open source and can be run in a vm or rpi. There would need to be a small change to the driver but dean indicated it would be trivial.

That's good to know. Didn't realize that.

As far as a how to Dean has pretty much already written one in this post:
