Anyone setup a BetaBrite connected to a Digi Realport?

I think I have it all setup right but CQC can't connect. Driver just sits at Waiting For Comm Resource.

Verified ports are 9600, 8, N, 1. Also tried 2400. But when I use a USB-Serial attached to the PC and set it at 9600 things work fine. Just trying to figure out how to get it working with a RealPort so that I can setup some BetaBrites around the house without needing a PC at each location. From organizing a group buy many years ago I think I have like 6 betabrites left. might as well use em...

For a comm port, wait for comm resource means it can't even open the serial port at all, so that would typically mean that either the serial port doesn't exist, not likely if you were able to select it, or something else has it open.
