I really appreciate all the help Dean, it looks like most everything is back up and running. Looks like the callerid driver is still tossing up errors though. The driver is referenced as "Caller ID Modem". It is run through a USB style modem. It's pretty dated but worked until the 4.5.* release.

If you can find out where it came from I can fix it. I just couldn't find the original.

Just revived the original thread that had the driver version that I am using - it's in the installation section.

What errors are you seeing from the modem driver? It compiles fine and it doesn't use sockets, it's all serial port stuff. So I'll need to see the errors to know what is going on.

In light of your comment, I unplugged, plugged in, cycled the driver and it started to work. I think that is the first time it crapped out in 4-5 years.
