Cover Art Browser - No Images

Here is the directory structure

ProgramData>My Movies>DbFileStorage

in there is a file called filestream.hdr

and two folders:

one looks like a log folder

the other is is named 2364f59f-e279-446d-83cf-4143314ee0e0

within that is another folder named 91204bc5-d3fe-4ea3-b3ac-9b769ece0be1

within that folder is the Files with the previously mentioned naming convention of type FILE.

That folder also contains images of actors headshots which you can see in the mymovies collection management application.

Can you send me one of those image files? Zip it and e-mail it to support at our domain. Probably best to zip it so that it doesn't get stripped out as some sort of unknown, possibly danger file type.

Do you have a dropbox?

if not, get it. its a great way to transfer large files.

in the mean time, i just sent you a small file that shouldnt have any issues being transferred via email.

Are there separate thumbs and large art? If you scan through them do you see large and small versions of the cover art? You can always just copy them all to a new directory and rename them all to .jpg so that you can browse through them easily in explorer.

yes. one large one small for each file.
