HDMI Multiroom Distribution

I cannot remember who it was but one of the TV manufacturers announced a new TV that has HDbaseT installed and also the new pioneer sc-87 amp has it built in. However I have to use the HDanywhere modules to make use of the advanced features like cable length, health status etc. They hide out the way so it's no bother. Oh and it's POE also so no power supply

Wow, than you for the all the replies and information. Does anybody have any experience with the Intelix products. I'm looking at getting the one below which seems to be a discontinued model, but at a pretty good price.

My concern is that I will still need to get an audio switcher / amp to power the in-ceiling speakers and I'm concerned about having syncing issues between the audio and video?
