Installation option

What option should I use in the install setup if I need Admin interface, Template editor and Template viewer? This computer would be mainly a maintenance computer for my existing CQC system. I turn this computer ON only when I use it so it is important that it doesn't need to be always ON for CQC.

I'd just select the Client Tools mode. That won't install any background stuff and it insures that any client tools you need will be there.
