OK, the File Tag repo is (presumably) fixed in 4.2.14. The issue with running the TM twice wasn't that it wasn't protecting itself from multiple invocations. It was. But the usual reaction of trying to bring the original one forward wouldn't work because it's a tray app, not a regular app. So it would fail.
