And of course if you've gotten far enough to get it installed, you can do a CQCNetTest and post the output of that which should provide some useful info. So open a Command Prompt and do "CQCNetTest > NT.Txt" and post the NT.Txt file. You can also do "IPConfig /All > ipc.txt" and post that as well to use as cross reference.

If you've added any hosts file entries on the machine that doesn't work you should remove them, both because in theory they shouldn't be required and also just to reduce moving parts for diagnosis.
