Again I need someone from the US to help me
As usual many items I require are not available here in Europe so... I have to rely on US online stores which unfortunately won't ship abroad.

That looks pretty expensive for what it is, have you tried Monoprice? I think they ship internationally, their USB over Cat5 goes 150ft. Termination of the Cat5 is RJ45. Here's a link.
