Administrative Connection questions:
How do I determine if there is a RIVA connection on/to my system?
How do I determine what account is logged in?
Thanks

I'm not sure I'm understanding the question completely? Are you asking how to determine if you have RIVA support installed?

Hi Dean, sorry for not being more clear, I'm wanting to know how to tell if there are connections and who (account name) is connected to CQC remotely via RIVA. A connections status if you will.

Oh, no, that kind of info isn't currently available for viewing.

You can look under the licensing section of the Admin Interface and see how many Riva client licenses are currently being used. But that is a little cumbersome and not available in actions, events, etc.

Actually that's not there anymore, right? It was only there during that period where we were planning to provide capacity related pricing. It was complex and there was no need for it when we gave that up, so I ripped it out I'm pretty sure. I'll put it on the list to add an option to monitor RIVA servers as a future feature.
