Is there anyway to recover a Lost User name and Password?

Do you mean the administrative account, or a regular user? If it's a regular user, you as the administrator can reset the password via the Admin Interface. If you mean the Administrative account, then no there's no way to do that. If there was, it would be trivial to hack the system. You will have to remove and reinstall the system. So you have to be careful to keep up with the administrative info. The default admin account is called Admin always, so that's easy. But you'll have to remember what the password is or you are doomed.
