i know its a bit off topic, but in lieu of building an am/fm interface for my cav 6.6, i'm using squeezebox driver from jkish which allows you to pull up all local radio stations (with logos) and play them via internet/squeezebox. i realize its not true am/fm use, but we rarely listen to am/fm anyway.

Yeah this is why I haven't set up my tuner in the past year

We might move in a little while and I felt like AM/FM sounds more comforting to the non-techy than radio over internet.

So, now do you know what type of tuner you have in a Russound? I was asked this, i.e. which type of source to select on one, and I didn't know the answer. And what's the ramifications for selecting a particular type of source?
