The issue that you are seeing is probably caused by the driver locking the file. Since you have the log showing 'C:\Program Files\CQC\CQCData\Server\Data\iTunesRepo2\TrayDump _iTunes\3c224106-6063-40a4-8b56-9239cb40d8d0.unk' then that is the location that the driver specified, not the c:\temp that you specified.
1) Unload the driver
2) Try two or more manual invocations to c:\temp to show that the issue is not on the helper side.

ANd a side note - When I had issues with the driver locking up, it ended up being iTunes Library issues on my system. I fixed the music library and the driver works fine. The driver is a bit touchy.
Thanks,

Dave, what do you think a good program would be to fix the library? There are a lot out there.

I use a combination of Tidysongs and Clone Remover 3.8. Google them. I have not located one yet that does everything I wanted. These two in combination repaired my issues. Also, make sure that you are working with the correct XML file with these programs. iTunes is bad about leaving older version (or libraries) XML files laying around. If you repair the wrong XML file, you will not see any effect which will drive you nuts until you figure it all out.
Make sure that the library is in good shape, with all art, all correct album and song information and nothing "Unknown" and you will be fine. PM me if you need more assistance.
Thanks,
