CQC server crashed, new server needed, what OS?

I need to buy a new server.

Does CQC work with vista?

How about Zoomplayer?

Vista will work just fine. Lots of folks use it.

Also, is there a link on how to recover my CQC? I have the CQC folder backed up so I need to figure out what to copy back into CQC 3.0.6.

You put back the saved folder and run the installer again. It will ask if you want to do a new install or update an existing one (it'll ask because it can't find any existing one by itself.) Just say update an existing one and then navigate to the directory where you put back the old directory. Then just do an upgrade type install.

Ok, so just kill the CQC service, Copy the CQC folder I have backed up, and run the install again?

Well, if you've already installed a new copy, kill the service, then delete that new directory and replace it with the old one.
