Bumping up an old thread here. For any of these devices running Win CE (leaving speeds etc out of the equation) can they run the Interface Viewer Natively? or would it have to done via RIVA?

They need to use the Riva client. You need at least XP Embedded to use the full IV (and it needs to be a full OS, not some stripped down OEM XP Embedded version).
Brian - a long time user that rarely messes with the system now
Other systems used:
SageTV w/ cablecard tuner & multiple extenders for viewing
BlueIris and IP cameras for CCTV
Incredible PBX for home phone
