Error msg playing music

Had to reinstall the OS on one of my computers, not the CQC Server. Reinstalled CQC and added a CQSL Audio Player driver on that pc. Now I am trying to play music and getting error msgs. If I try from the server it is working fine. Have tried with the DirectShow and QuickTime audio engine for iTunes and nothing. Can someone help me? Have included the error msgs I get for both.

The -5000 error from the QT engine is access denied., and that's the same error you are getting on the DS engine. The default system account on that machine, where the drivers run, doesn't have network access rights.

Create a new administrative account on that machine, and set up the CQC service to log in using that account name. That should solve the problem.
