not me. I've been using it for years on 3 different PCs (one at a time).

I was thinking Maudio, who is that. A quick google search made me realize that you are probably talking about m-Audio cards. :-)
I have a delta 410 and haven't had any problems with it. But make sure the card is seated in the PCI slot. Sometimes a card will move just enough to cause problems like that. In fact, I would take out all the PCI cards and put them all back in. Well I would leave out any that are not actually being used (like a modem card, etc). But I have had computers that would BSOD with some driver related error and taking the cards out and reseating them has worked before.
