Yes, mine is audible and visual also. Have you tried the NUVO configurator? Does is work with that?

I am assuming that in both cases neither of you are doing anything special.

I had figured that all I would need to do is go into the cqc admin page that shows the variables for the device. Change the power for zone 1 and I would expect it to click on..

I am sorry if this sounds so dumb... I got this nuvo, sent it in because I couldnt turn the zones on and now have the same problem. It sounds like they sent it back to me bad...

I dont have the NUVO configurator.
