Software driver needed for IRMan?

I finally found my IRMan, but it's not working with CQC. It just sits at "wait for connect". I noticed the evation.com page is down, but an intolect page refers to a driver.

Is that needed? I'll see if I can hunt down a CD in my mess, but that's pretty doubtful.

Well, wonders never cease. I found my IRMan CD, but upon installation of the IRMan server it just pounds away rejecting any attempt to connect via the IP serial server...

You don't need any IRMan stuff running. In fact you don't want want it to run probably since it would just interfere with CQC. Keep in mind that you need a full serial cable for the IRMan since it has to twiddle control lines to get the IRMan to talk.

i'm just using the included cable to connect direct to the serial port. I was sick of it, so I bought a 2nd IRA-3. That I know works fine.
