So has anything happened on this? Was wondering if other people are using this and how they like it? Am looking at the 4x2 SHINYBOW COMPONENT VIDEO+DIGITAL/ANALOG AUDIO MATRIX SWITCH as I like the price and options. If noone using this then would would you recommend in it's place that is not too expensive?

Jeez. Just two weeks ago I was trying to unload an Extron 8x8 for $200 and an Inline 8x4 for $300. Sold them both on ebay for even less. Where were you mate? Lots of deals to be had if you sit tight. I would definitely not spend more than $500 for the functionality you need.
