Kubik Changer
While this is a data CD rom changer, it has four drives in it and a serial port. If it can run without the PC connected, then it can be modified into a DVD rom changer.
replace the SCSI CD-roms with sata DVD-roms, using an eSata to sata adapter that will fit in the SCSI port (one adapter will take five drives), and you have a four drive DVD changer with serial control.
you could even add digital or analog audio on the back if you want to drill a few holes. (Shame you could not get the video directly out of the DVD rom drives like you can with audio, then it could be stand alaone).
Its still not cheap enough for me, but it has been re-listed a few times and is coming down in price.
