It's too bad the BIN cashback thing isn't active anymore, or it'd be an even stealer of a deal.
I'd note that that particular auction doesn't allow returns, nor have any DOA guarantee. Of course, all of these auctions that Ron very faithfully and kindly posts for us are all buyer beware, so nothing new there.

That one looks like a non-starter as each bank appears to have only two video io's.
