DVD template showing the incorrect amount of dvd's.
#1
The template I am using shows that I have 139 dvd's, but the database in the cqc admin shows a total of 470 dvd's (which is the correct number)

I have reloaded the database etc, still no joy.

Any suggestions?

It's not showing DVDs, it's showing title sets. If you have multiple DVDs inside some title sets, then that's the deal. It's showing the number of things that are available to page through right now. When you are in the normal top level view of the CAB, that's the title sets you are paging through, not individual discs.

Dean,

Here is my online collection at dvdprofiler.com

Take a look and let me know what you think....

http://www.intervocative.com/dvdcollecti...toToasters

It shows 473 titles...not discs...

can you give an example of a title that's not showing up in the DVD screen?

pull up the XML file,
1) make sure it's in there (should be as you have 473 discs loaded via AI)
2) Make sure there's a disc defined (should be)
3) See what image file it says

Did you give the appropriate location info? You either need a changer in the location data, or you need a file path in the notes section.

Well I figured out why it is happening and am too embarrassed to say. Give me some time to go to church today and repent, then I will confess what it was. Smile

Worse than (jkmonroe?)'s recent multi-post complaining about CQC only to find out the wife had accidentally pulled out the serial cable to his equipment?
