I just moved my SQL Server Express setup from one machine to another. Does anyone know how to move the data?

I saw some reference to exports in the help, but can't find it in the mgmt studio.

Take a look here:

The easiest is just to Detach it, copy the mdf to the new machine,then Attach it. Search the article to near the bottom for "Attaching and detaching databases"
