Thanx Bauer and Dean, both those work, just got to decide on which one to use. Once I changed the binding back to mediaserver and opened up the App Control Server, my original command worked again. I put the App Control server in my startup folder, I think this was the part I was forgetting about since it had been about a month since I tried to use it.
