Admin Interface Help Doesn't Work

Why doesn't the help section work on the admin interface? Whenever I try to open something, I get an error saying:

"The address of the Master Server's Web Server could not be gotten"

I installed CQC following the instructions of the youtube video.

You have to have installed the web server on the master server, since the help is gotten via the web server running there. It should force you to do that, in which case the most likely issue is that you already have something there on port 80. If so, you'll need to run the installer again on the master server and step through the options and select a different port for the web server.
