CQC and my Samsung windows tablet

I have been running Windows 10 and the latest CQC version (6.02), and everything was ok. One day I went to use the tablet to control CQC and it could not find the Master Server. I do not know if Windows 10 installed something that is blocking it or not, and I even went as far as installing Windows 10 again.  I looked and win 10 can see the Tablet, and the tablet can see HA (my Win 10 machine). I have reinstalled both the Win 10 CQC and the Samsung tablet  Win CQC (Windows 7 or NT), and it does not automatically see the Win 10 master server. Can anyone give me a sample of the Master server address? My Master Server is called HA. I tried just putting in HA, and also HA-PC, but neither work when it gets to the test screen.

Disregard...it was the Microsoft Defender firewall. I turned it off for the Samsung install, and typed in HA and it works. i then turned the firewall back on and it works too.
