So, once you removed it and got it reloaded, what's the status now exactly? If you put into verbose now that it's loaded again, is anything useful showing up in the logs?

I did all of that back in January (couple of pages back). I can unload (remove) and re load (add) the driver with no problem. The result is the same as the screen shot on the first page.

You were talking though about where to put the file. Did you figure that out? If it's not where it needs to be and with the right name, that would cause the load to fail.
