Is there a driver in development for the NuHeat Signature Thermostat?
This is a Wifi based thermostat with a cloud API. (Cloud sucks I know). However it's available and I've developed a ISY Nodeserver for this but I'm not seeing a way to integrate that in CQC.

I've never heard of it really, so definitely not anything currently in place for it. If you've done an interface to it for something else, maybe you could do a CQC driver for it.

Perhaps yes. The NuHeat Signature is a line voltage thermostat marketed to floor heating. It also (not marketed bu verified) works great for baseboard heating which is line voltage. There are very few line voltage smart thermostats that have an API. Presently my other T-Stats are Z-Wave (StelPro) but they have their own issues besides being Z-Wave.

I have a sun porch with baseboard heating using a
Aube RC840T connected to a Nest t-stat and floor heating connected to the NuHeat Signature. Both solutions have worked great BUT neither are integrated into CQC. I'd be interested.....
