It's somewhat of a problem, since it can mean you will end up running out of date code for client side driver interfaces. Make sure the client server is set to start automatically on that machine. The installer should have set it up that way, but check to make sure it wasn't changed or something.

The net test above will tell us if it is running or at least if it can be contacted.
