Time formatting RunTime Time Variable?

Any way to format the time string from the runtime variable %(StdRTV:HHMMSS)

alternatively, how can I change the format of the timestamp runtime variable?



Including timestamp simply sends me the hex value and I am not sure how to format the time in this instance as it is not clear in the docs.

Thanks I saw that but read it like only applies to formatting time in widgets:

I am trying to form at time inside of a triggered action using the time from the Runtime value
