WMP - This was the problem; Something (not me) removed the WMP from my system. I install it using the package "Media Player Codec Pack". I'd be willing to bet it was the last Windows major update (20H2). I have Windows updates disabled on my production system so it is still on an old Windows 10 version. Reinstalling the codec pack reinstalls WMP and that did the trick...
I wonder if I should change over to the VLC player since it appear that WMP is in some fashion deprecated?
