In the context of scheduled events is there a way to create a variable that I can set once and then use with a myriad of scheduled events?

For example, I'd like to set my cell phone number once then reference it wherever I need to reference it in multiple scheduled events.

You can set install a CQC system "Variable driver" and then create a variable for your cell phone #. You would then reference this from anywhere you needed it. I use this approach for a good number of things.
