I'm trying to figure out if I have some kind of weird network issue or there is something going on with WebRIVA.  I can access a template via WebRIVA from a PC on my network but am unable to access the same template, same user ID and password from any of my Android devices regardless of browser used.  Android devices are also on the local network and can access other devices / resources on said network.
Is anyone successful making a connection from an Android device?

Are you saving that link to the home page by any chance? If so, in some cases the URL will get hosed in Chrome. There's a trick to making that work. I've updated the working help to include this info, so depending on what CQC version you have you may have it. It's in /Tools/WebRIVA/Platform Issues.
If not, this is it:
-Bring up Chrome
-Put Android into Airplane Mode
-Go into Chrome and bring up WebRIVA with the options you want
-You will get an error since the network is not accessible, but ignore that
-Go to the '3 dots' in the upper right hand menu and do "Add to Home Screen"
-Now turn off Airplane Mode

That would be the case if I were saving the shortcut, this is straight from typing it in. BTW, I'm connecting just fine, I get the initial CQC screen and then it switches to grey background and then nothing. Same URL displays just fine on Chrome on PC. Like I said, at some point in the past during testing of WebRIVA this worked, it could be an Android update, it could be CQC, network somehow, dunno. Trying to narrow down what rocks to look under. That's why I'm wondering if anyone else has WebRIVA running today on an Android device.

I just tried it on my Android phone and it's working fine for me.

Nevermind I found it. It's 7.1.1. Though I imagine it would more likely be some sort of browser difference in the case of WebRIVA. If you are getting far enough to connect, then enable logging to the server, and see what shows up in the logs.

Turned on logging by adding &logtosrv=1 to my URL string, I'm not getting anything in the log on the server.

Crap, it's a scaling issue, so at some point along the development of WebRIVA how scaling was handled changed (this is from when I tested and got it working, something happened, then it "stopped" working) anyway, I put in a scaling factor of .5 and I'm getting screen, I just can't scroll around to see anything.
Well one problem solved anyway. Thanks Dean, sorry for the fire drill, the rendering was obfuscated by the password issue.

You also of course have to enable some of the logging options. So enable all of the logxxx=1 options. Well the touch input logging you can skip for this purpose I think, but the other ones. If you have access to the F12 developer console on your phone's browser, then you can use that to get even better info.
