Just to make sure i'm tracking, once I do all the windows speech/TTS/etc install, all I should have to do is say "Hello, Zira" and it'll respond?
I ask as it's not doing that, trying to troubleshoot why.

If I reboot the one computer that has the Kinnect and CQC Voice, it will let me know when it is ready.  If I say Hello Zira - she will ask "how may I help" or "You called"

Do you have the CQC Voice applet in your list of system icons?  When clicked, mine shows this:
Checking license information
License check succeeded
Attempting to log in
CQC login succeeded
Loading CQC Voice configuration
CQCVoice resources downloaded successfully
Downloading room configuration
Room configuration downloaded successfully
Initializing speech recognition
Speec recognition engine successfully initialized
Attempting to load recognition grammar
Grammar load succeeded
More information can be gained by clicking on the Debug and Verbose Output check marks.

Thanks, showed me the issue. I must have screwed up the auto-gen (never did it before), getting a "no rooms voice host matched our host name". Off to figure out how auto-gen works.

One of the per-room tabs let's you indicate the CQC Voice host that you want to assign to a given room. You probably haven't selected that host for any room.
