Hopefully, those doing it the first time are going along with the videos and they cover that. I could default it to enabled I guess.

I really think you should make it very easy for someone to demo/trial CQC. Now that you have a good admin interface you could include some test simulated  drivers and demo interfaces grouped under "demo" or such already installed..  It I think people would be very impressed if they did a quick install and they fired up a WebRiva browser to  attach to the CQC server they just installed. Even if only a simple one(maybe one from the auto generate and add a couple mp3's in a demo directory).
It is very easy now to remove drivers and templates from CQC admin interface.(much easier then before)
If I have to watch a video or read the manual on a Trial software I refuse to install it.   Although I did read my Weber grill manual when I put it together(Had a friend die by grill explosion)

I think it's not realistic for a product of this breadth and flexibility to expect to just install it and understand it (particularly well enough to decide whether you want to buy it) without watching any videos or reading any documentation.
