Installation Error - dll missing

Trying to upgrade my client to 5.0.7 and I cant run the installer because a dll is missing.

The program cannot start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer.....

A quick search shows that this has happened before and maybe I nee the Visual C++ Redistributable.  Is this correct?

If so maybe the installer should check for dependencies first like most others do and either offer to download it and install it or package it in with the CQC installer.

This is a Win7 64 PC that is fully patched but has only one function - to be a CQC client.

It's happened so seldom that I've not added it to the installer so far. Only a handful of folks have seen it so far, and I assume it will be pretty unlikely for anyone coming in at this point on newer machines. Though if it starts turning out to be more of an issue, we can deal with it in some other way.
