Simple question but I cant find the answer.
How do I start the IV in full screen mode. I thought it would be an "OnLoad" command but I cant see any that pertains to it.

It's a command line option. In the help section go to /Help/Docs/Tools/. In there selection the Interface Viewer, and then Command Line.
