What would you need to use these? I only have a cat5 connector in the wall is that enough?

They're just monitors....so you need a whole PC. At the wall you'll need VGA, serial and power (120v).

Well these touch screens have the USB interface, so I think you'll need 2 cat5e wires. One for a VGA extender and one for a USB extender.
If you get a touch screen with a serial interface, then you could get a VGA extender that does both VGA and serial over 1 cat5e wire - like the Cybex Longview extenders.

These units do both, and work great.
I think if you search on the part #, he sells them on Amazon with cheaper shipping.

Just an FYI for everyone out there. I have bought USB extenders from this seller in the past and have been very happy with them. I think they are better quality than the USB extenders had I bought from Cyberguys prior to this. So I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this seller and his extenders.

Could you run multiple of these to a single machine running vmware? This way you could output different displays to different screens, and only 1 PC. Can you do this with, say multiple PCI video cards?
