I'm looking for a CQC controllable video matrix switch but completely overwhelmed at the different choices on Ebay. What I need is at minimum 5 inputs and 8 outputs worth of component video/digital coax & analogue audio - any thoughts on current good deals for this?

Also, if anyone within the community has one that they want to part with please send me a note.

There's a Crosspoint switch in an eBay store for $125. Without more information, it's unclear if it has enough bandwidth for HD but it could be an 8x8. http://cgi.ebay.com/Extron-QS-FPC-Matrix..._500wt_956

Nothing else in the Extron area that I saw.
