Well it was bound to happen. I had to replace my older Integra receiver with a new Onkyo model - the TX-NR6050. The old IP Integra driver doesn't even connect. Here is a copy of the logs....
I'm hoping that someone is still online that wouldn't mind looking into modifying the driver with the new information. I have reached out to Onkyo to see if I could get a copy of the current communication protocol document.

Also, just looking at some posts, Dean updated the Onkyo driver for George M, not sure if it would work for you, and maybe outdated, but he was having some problems and this fixed it.

Thanks. I'm sorry about the log. I thought I attached it, and then saw your reply at work. By the time I got home I had completely forgotten about it.
Hopefully this modified driver will work, but I'm not holding my breath. That issue seemed to be around a scenario where the driver would drop when a specific option/command was attempted. My problem is deep enough that the driver won't even connect at all.
I am also trying to get a new protocol document from Onkyo, but their tech team wants me to send them a copy of the protocol document that we already have. My only guess is they want proof that we had access to the document at one time. I'm trying to get a copy of that document so I can send it into Onkyo.
I'll try that driver and reattempt to post my logs if it doesn't work.

I'm using an Onkyo_HT-RC360 currently via ip. Driver is on port 60128 and configured within the driver as an(TX-NR709) from a drop down list (not a perfect match but good enough). I doubt that would help you a lot, but if there's anything you need tested I can certainly try to log comms or something. I've only ever edited one driver so not sure I could tackle the connection issue but happy to help if I can.
Here is the latest log. I did find the driver connected at one point, but now it won't connect again. I think that some of the fields (like the source fields) are lining up with the older receivers. For example, I have a "TV" source that I saw an error for (something like TV outside the field parameters or something like that).
Hopefully the log attaches this time. Change the ending from zip to txt. I didn't actually zip the file up.
