Whoever sent me the Wayne Dalton dimmer (ids of 5/6/3) you'll have to tell me the actual model, since the info I found doesn't have the manufacturer ids listed so I can't cross reference it.

I've got the device info file for the ZW100-A basically done, I just need the dump file again. It implements security for some reason, so I need to know which classes are secured. The info provided never includes that though it's clearly extremely important. Personally I don't see much point in implementing security for this type of device anyway. It just adds overhead and uses extra battery power.

Bizarrely, it's actually not easy to get the master controller's id. The only way I can see to get it is to watch from msgs from it during the replication process. Those have to come from it. But, otherwise, I can't see any way to get it.
Should I be indicating the End Point?

That would make it a lot easier to keep up with. Otherwise everyone has a unit3 or unit4 and keeping up which which one is whose is hard.
Zip file emailed.  I have so far not been able to get the Fibaro door/temp unit to scan properly, it must have very tight timing window, not sure how to time it right between CQC and waking the unit up.

Almost never. That would only be used if the target has multiple end points and you want the source unit to send notifications to one of them. The driver is a single end point so you'd never use it for associating with the driver.

OK, that indicates it doesn't implement security. The information on the Z-Wave alliance site is wrong at least as often as it is right. The info gotten from the unit itself is obviously the final word, and it says no security.

I vaguely remember being able to include it either way and not seeing the need for security.
