Here is my situation...
We have lighting that needs to go on and off at different times each day, but I don't want them coming on before sunset... How can I set that up? In the winter I had the lights setup as weekly , and set the time for each individual day as a new schedule, but now with summer the lights need to come on later. How do I do this... Or is it even possible?

What is it that is actually causing them to go off and on?
I am using my Insteon switches with a ISY994i controller that I control via CQC. Everything was fine until summer hit and now the lighting doesn't have to come on till later. If I set it for sunset then I can't select which day for that scenario.
But I mean, what is causing the lights to go off and on? That would sort of affect how you want to limit them to particular times. I assume you don't mean when you flip switches manually, so what type of activity is driving the lights that you want to limit in this way?

I have set up the CQC Event scheduler for this. Currently I have it set up as weekly and I select the day of the week and what times for the lights to go on and then I do a second one for each day for when I want them to go off. The problem with summer is it is still daylight out when the lights are scheduled to go on. Is there a way with the event scheduler look at the sunset time and see if they should come on at say 6pm... If the sun is still up then come on at sunset if it is before the off time?
Not really. Well, you could have them just run once and hour and decide if you want to do something based on the current hour. But, at the actual scheduling level, if you want them sunrise/sunset based, you have to do use those types of scheduled events. You can always do that and then, in there, get the current weekday and decide if you want to run it or not.
What does this part do (circled in red)? Does this allow you to delay the selected time on the right?

That's a one time thing, not every time it runs. It allows you to start an event running at some point in the future, after which it will run according to its regular schedule. Generally it's just left alone and the event starts running at the next time that it would naturally come up in the schedule.
Well, I ended up making one to start at sunset, and then I did the off times individually. When winter comes I will have to make 7 more for the start up (every night), and disable the sunset one for the winter.
