I'm trying to grab an image from a website like this:

http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/Traffic/seattle/I5/73rdStSE.htm

The server is configured to prevent hot linking to their images so I'm stuck. Have to display the whole page which doesn't work because I don't have that much space. Is it possible to frame this so the browser only displays the area where the image is?

Which image? This one?

Yup, it turns out that if you try to link that and your site hits it multiple times it blocks the images. I emailed with the lady doing the site and they said they had to do that because they need to measure page hits and the page hit are based off of the asp pages not the images.
