C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming> Run CQCNet Test> nt.txt
'Run' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

I think because my file is located on desktop
Oh, no, Run was literal. I meant run the command CQCNetTest, so it would be something like:

C:\>CQCNetTest > nt.txt

to get the output. Nt.txt will be whereever on the drive you happen to run it from, in this example in the root directory of C:

I meant post the output file, which will be the nt.txt file. The above command will have created that. It'll be there in whatever directory you were in when you ran the command.

Anyhoo, in the meantime, it looks like the Caseta driver is complaining about the login prompt not being present. That would clearly be an issue. Can you remove the driver and re-add it? Use the same moniker (same upper/lower case) and you won't lost any configuration or anything. But it'll force it back through the installation process and you should be able to provide the user name and password.

But it looks like there are connectivity issues, so the net test output file will be important to look at.
Ok will do
Ppl The client side driver directory could not be cleaned out. That typically occurs when the CQC service is not running locally, you could run out of client side data of client side interfaces
Just received this message when I started client.

Not sure if this is a problem
It's somewhat of a problem, since it can mean you will end up running out of date code for client side driver interfaces. Make sure the client server is set to start automatically on that machine. The installer should have set it up that way, but check to make sure it wasn't changed or something.

The net test above will tell us if it is running or at least if it can be contacted.

I set it to start automatic, seems to have solved the issue. Not sure what I am doing wrong, trying to get this txt file. keep getting not a valid Command
Make sure you open the CQC Command Prompt, not just any command prompt. It's in the CQC section of the start menu.
